The family would like to thank Ignite physical rehab center for the love and care they gave to Clyde while he was there. It meant the world to us, knowing they cared so much for our loved one. We would also like to think the journey home for giving dad the care that they did during the short time he was there. We would also like to thank Scott Clark a good family friend who helped us through this difficult process. Words can never thank you enough, but we do always appreciate you.

Clyde's service will be held at East Cross Church (820 S Madison Blvd) in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. It will be on Thursday, May 29 at 2 PM. Immediately following the service, there will be a potluck style dinner in the fellowship hall of the church. Bring a covered dish of your choice.
