Morene Dickey
March 8, 1935 ~ July 10, 2023

Morene Dickey, Enid, was born March 8, 1935, in Odell, Texas, to the late Trudy Opal (Cassel) Dickey and Dewey Dickey, and passed away on July 10, 2023 in Okeene, Oklahoma.

In her early years, she attended schools in Vernon, Texas. In her adult years, she was a resident of Enid, OK, where she was married to the late, Clifton Fowler, for 23 years. Morene lived a full life, working as a beautician, and helping her mother, until her passing in 2001. She survived all her siblings; Margie Dickey, Robert Dickey, Otha Lee Dickey, and Mattie Frances Dickey Herring.

Morene can best be remembered for her love of flowers and dogs over the years and especially rescue pets. She also had an epic salt & pepper shaker collection. She was a very independent woman and lived on her own until she became ill in February 2023.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her Husband; Clifton, three sisters; Margie, Otha, and Mattie, and one brother; Robert.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and Crematory.
