Robert Lee Dick Jr.

October 2, 1931 ~ May 25, 2018

 Mr. Robert Lee Dick Jr., 86, of Oglesby, died at 7:10 P.M. on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the Journey Home in Bartlesville.

Private family services were held and cremation arrangements were under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established and those who wish may send their contributions to the Journey Home, 900 N.E. Washington Blvd., Bartlesville, Oklahoma, 74006.

Mr. Dick was born at Oglesby, Oklahoma on October 2, 1931 the son of Robert Lee Dick Sr. and Laverna Marie (Randolph) Dick. He grew up in the Oglesby area and attended schools in Oglesby and then Ramona. He graduated from Ramona High School in 1949 and was active in the construction business all of his adult life in Oklahoma and various other states. He started Bob's Fence Company at Oglesby in the mid 1970's. He did all of the fencing work for Phillips and Conoco/Phillips and his son Robert Lee Dick III still operates the company today. He was married to Sandra Lea Smith on August 8, 1970 in Las Vegas, Nevada and they have made their home at Oglesby.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Lea Dick of the home, five children, Steven Dick and Valerie (Dick) Rommel both of Las Vegas, Nevada, Bobbette (Dick) Williams of Bartlesville, Lisa Dick of Bartlesville and Robert Lee Dick III of Oglesby, one sister, Darlene Mace of Bartlesville, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces, Teresa Moll and Anna Williams.

Mr. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Jim Dick, Troy Dick and Charles Dick, one sister, Betty Dick, a son, David Dick and a great great grandchild, Anthony Williams.
