Terry L. Dennie

Terry L. Dennie
March 29, 1949 ~ February 15, 2020

Terry was born in Lexington, Ky, to Carl Dennie and Betty Crawley Dennie on March 29, 1949. He completed this life on earth February 15, 2020. Terry was preceded in death by his father, Carl, and mother, Betty, as well as many relatives in Ky.

He is survived by his 2 daughters, Shannon Bassett and Leah Dennie; 3 grandchildren, Zachary McDonald, Ben McDonald, and Cori McDonald; step-brother, Carl Dennie Junior; 2 sisters, Carla Hinkle (husband Eddie) and Diane Leake (husband Jerry); and 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

As a young man, Terry worked in his father’s landscaping business in Ky. He also lived in Colorado for a while. Later, he drove semi-trucks all across the nation. He enjoyed driving. He was back and forth from Arizona to Oklahoma for several years, and became a certified horse shoer. He loved anything to do with horses and owned several in his lifetime. He was a cowboy at heart, and loved old western movies and the Andy Griffith Show.

He enjoyed the simple things in life and will be missed very much.
