January 5, 1929 ~ October 16, 2004

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 20th, at Mish Funeral Home Chapel at Noon for Mattie Louise Delk, 75, who passed away October 16th.

Mattie was born in Muldrow, OK on January 5, 1929, where she lived for 13 years. She then moved to Arkansas, where she later met and married her husband, Clarence Delk on October 1, 1949, in Ft. Smith. She moved to California in 1951 with her husband and other family members.

Mattie is survived by her 6 children; Alan, Karen, Shirley, Terry, Reba and Keith; and their spouses; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandsons. She is also survived by 5 siblings, Joe Myers, Vernell Morris, Ray Myers, Rose McWilliams and Carol Hernandez; and many loving brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; numerous family members and close friends.

Our Mom will forever be loved and remembered by all whose lives she touched with her generosity, service and devotion. We are comforted knowing she is reunited with her husband in Heaven.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 19th at Mish Funeral Home from 4-8 p.m.
