April 15, 1964 ~ September 20, 2020 (age 56)

Douglas Wayne Dean was born April 15, 1964 in Lubbock, Texas to Wayne and Danna Dean. At the age 56, Doug passed away from the Covid virus in his home at Elk City, Oklahoma on Sunday, September 20, 2020.

Doug was a hardworking gentle soul who loved family and friends and would do anything to help someone in need.

Doug enjoyed being around family and friends, loved to play games, work in the yard, fish, tell tall tales, and sing karaoke.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and one brother, Darin Dean.

He is survived by his companion Rosalinda Baker, daughter Kayla Dean, sister Darla and husband, Monty Holmes of Knox City, Texas, stepsister Charmaine Boulett of Weatherford, Oklahoma, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be a private family gathering at a later date.
