Joe Allen Davis

October 11, 1932 ~ July 28, 2021

Joe A Davis passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, at the age of 88. He was born to William Allen Davis and Cleo Willet on October 11, 1932, in Ardmore, Oklahoma.

After Joe graduated high school, he went on to be an Engineer working for City Service Oil and Gas. On June 7, 1959, Joe was united in marriage with Emma Nelle Davis. He loved everything about the lake. He would often enjoy water skiing, fishing, and boating. He also farmed and drove the school bus his junior and senior years of high school. From 1956 until 1971, Joe would play the trumpet for military funerals.

He is preceded in death by his wife Emma Davis, his parents William Davis and Cleo Willet, his sister Mary Lou Moss, and his son Christopher Allen Davis.

Joe is survived by his son Joel Davis and his wife Angie of Bartlesville, and his three grandchildren: Nathan Davis, Christina Davis, and Randy Davis.
