Helen B. (Mainard) Daves

October 11, 1921 ~ May 10, 2010

Helen Daves, 88, of Midwest City, was born on October 11, 1921 in Charleston, Arkansas to William and Rhoda Anne Mainard. She went home to her eternal rest on May 10, 2010.

She was a long-time member of Harvest Life Church. Helen was a lifelong homemaker who loved to cook and care for her family. There was always good food and great fellowship when the family met every Sunday for 'granny cooking'.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Paul, Robert, Raymond, and Herbert; sisters Sula and Mildred, and son-in-law Ed Raper.

Helen is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert Daves of the home; daughter Joanna Raper of Oklahoma City; son Bruce and wife Donna of Flower Mound, Texas; sister Opal Williamson of Fort Smith, Arkansas; grandchildren: Jeff Senn, Richard Senn and wife Rebecah, Matthew Senn and wife Melissa, and Dana Reeves; great-grandchildren: Rick, Jared, Mikal, Riley, Ava, Karissa, Christopher, and Austin.
