March 3, 1958 ~ July 11, 2013

Michael James Davenport was born March 3, 1958 in Stilwell. He was the son of the late Robert James and Emma Marie Philpott Davenport. He passed away Thursday, July 11 in Stilwell after a long illness.

Mike's passion was tending to his chickens and roosters; a passion he held for most of his life. He was very proud of his children. When they were young, you could always find him at one of their ballgames.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Debi Wininger.

Mike is survived by his wife, Teri, of the home; two sons, Wyatt and Weston, and daughter Ashley; four granddaughters: Lila, JuJu, Gabby, and Maddie. He is also survived by two brothers: Russell Davenport of Tahlequah and Doug Davenport of Stilwell; six sisters: Linda Crittenden, Kathy Wilkinson, Connie Shepard, Lori Toney, Robyn Longshore, and Tracie Christie; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
