Ruth Lorraine Parker Monroe Cooper was born January 14, 1927 to Richard and Ruth Parker.
She went to heaven and into the arms of Jesus on March 13, 2014, Norman, OK.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by one niece, Pat Price and her husband Ernie.
She will be greatly missed.
