Sally (Ewing) Clymer

Sally (Ewing) Clymer
December 4, 1965 ~ August 15, 2020

Sally E Clymer, 54, of Edmond, Oklahoma died in her home on August 15th, 2020. Sally was born to Jane and Wayne Ewing on December 4th, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio and grew up moving often for her father’s job in the coal and energy industry.

Sally attended University of Evansville in Indiana. In 1985, she gave birth to her only child, Elyse. Eventually, Sally followed her parents to Oklahoma and stayed put here for the rest of her life (most likely due to our superior Sooners football team, whom she loved watching). She married Jim Clymer in 2001 and loved his children ~ Allison, Lindsey, Miranda, and Chase like her own.

Sally is survived by her sister, Allyson Green and her husband Bob, and their children, daughter Elyse Fischer and her husband Blake, step-children Allison Barkley, Lindsey Enriquez, Chase Clymer, and Miranda Clymer, and grandchildren Poppy, Winnie, and Harvey Fischer.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Jane and Wayne Ewing, and her husband, Jim Clymer.

Sally’s ashes will be buried by her parents in Central City, Kentucky.
