Jeannie Clow

Jan 23, 1962 ~ Sep 8, 2013

A gathering of friends for Jeannie Clow will be held from 2:00 p.m until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the Woodward Moose Lodge.

Jeannie Clow was born on January 23, 1962 to Hubert and Peggy Clow of Woodward, Oklahoma.

After graduating from Woodward High School in 1980, she attended the University of Central Oklahoma for two years before returning to Woodward to begin working at United Supermarkets beginning as a cashier and working her way up to bookkeeper.

After 17 years, she resigned and moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma to be closer to family, in particular Bo and Anna Farrow, her niece and nephew. In Bartlesville, she began working for Conoco Phillips in Accounts Payable, where she worked until she passed. Work was very important, but not as important as Bo and Anna, who both played sports. She never missed a game whether it was Friday nights for football games or twice a week for softball games. There has never been a trip too far to watch her “kids” play. She was at Pittsburg State University watching her nephew Bo play a football game when she had a brain aneurysm. She passed away the next day, September 8th at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Peggy. Survivors include sister, Vicki Clow of Bartlesville, sister Susan Farrow her husband Brad Farrow and her beloved niece and nephew Bo and Anna Farrow, and various aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Her love of family will always be remembered and not a day will go by that we will not miss her. “For she’s my Guardian Angel, my sister, my friend, my soul.”

Memorials may be given to the WOOF Pet Rescue in Woodward with the Billings Funeral Home accepting the contributions. Remembrances may be shared online at www.billingsfuneralhomewoodward.com -
