She was born August 30th, 1941 in Woodward, OK to Howard Wayne and Laneta Mae Cruzan Mefford, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving husband Rodger Cline who she married on February 17th, 1962 in Wichita, KS. They had been married for 54 years.

Mary was a homemaker for many years and previously worked in Ponca City at Higdon Florist, where she learned to arrange flowers, Singer Sewing and Southwestern Bell Telephone in Wichita, KS and San Antonio, TX.

Mary was a Charter Member of Northeast Baptist Church, where she loved to teach children in Vacation Bible School and other children's programs. She also taught a women's Sunday School class. In the past she loved delivering Meals on Wheels. Mary loved making flower arrangements for the church and for Hospice of North Central Oklahoma. She led and participated in Bible Study Fellowship and Explorer's Bible Study. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed baking, hiking at Cann Gardens and shopping with the grandkids. Each grandchild has special scrapbooks that she spent time creating to highlight their individual personalities and interests. Mary also enjoyed gardening, sewing and reading.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Northeast Baptist Church Missions at 2200 Pecan Road, Ponca City, OK 74604.
