Adrian Marie Chapman, infant daughter of Sylvia Smith and Dalton Chapman passed away January 2, 2017.

Survivors include her parents, siblings: Vance Aders, Haven Chapman, and Christian Chapman; maternal grandmother Chrystal Giudice and husband Bernard, III of Stigler, OK, maternal grandfather David Smith and wife Ellen of Louisville, KY, paternal grandmother Shawna Smith of Porum, OK, paternal grandfather Mark Chapman and wife Pamela of Webbers Falls, OK; aunt, Jessica Giudice of Gore, OK, uncles: Blake Kinzer and wife Lindsay of Louisville, KY, Colt Chapman, Hunter Chapman, and Bo Chapman all of Porum; maternal great grandparents: Robert and Patty Wieneke of Palm Harbor, FL; paternal great grandparents: Roy and Patricia Summerlin of Webbers Falls, OK, C. W. Chapman of Webbers Falls, OK, Nedra Smith and husband Butch of Gore, OK.
