David Lee Chamberlain

David Lee Chamberlain
September 2, 1935 ~ August 4, 2019

David Lee Chamberlain, age 83, left this world and his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren on Sunday, August 4, 2019. He was born September 2, 1935 and later served as a radio repairman in the United States Air Force. he was a craftsman who enjoyed woodworking, building clocks and radios, and once even built a truck. David also loved music. He played the guitar and harmonica and had a beautiful singing voice. He spent much of his time in nature and around animals. He will be most remembered or his love of people, often choosing local haunts to just sit and listen. David passed peacefully in his sleep.

A graveside ceremony will be held at 10 am Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the Kansas Veteran's Cemetery in Winfield, Kansas with honors provided by the United States Air Force. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory
