Michael Todd Bush

January 29, 1967 ~ March 16, 2025

Michael Todd Bush, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 16, 2025, in Coalgate, Oklahoma, at the age of 58. Born on January 29, 1967, in Minerva Falls, New York, Michael was a man of unwavering dedication to his family. He worked tirelessly to provide for those he loved, always putting their needs before his own. After years of service, he retired as a Sergeant from the Mac Alford Correctional Center in 2021.

Michael was a devoted husband to Evelyn Bush and a proud father to his children: Danielle Kidwell, Miranda Broadway, Holly Bush, Evan Bush, Youngblood Bush, and Amy Clokey. He also considered Morgan like a daughter and held a special place in his heart for her. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren: Logan, Adam, and Allie; Amylia, Nova, and Delilah; Leyton, Caine, Samara, Bodhi, and Maxine; Arabella, Damian, and Elena; and Liam, Zayden, and Noah.

In his younger years, Michael had a passion for boxing and singing. He also enjoyed baking, gardening, and following politics. He had an incredible sense of humor and a larger-than-life personality. Whether he was making his family laugh, enjoying TikTok, or simply sharing time with loved ones, he brought warmth and joy to those around him.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Gloria and Ralph Bush; his brothers, Rick and Jim; his sister, Rita; and his nephew, Schuyler. Though he is no longer physically with us, his love, strength, and humor will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
