Wilda Eugene Brown

Aug. 2, 1925 ~ May 26, 2002

FRITCH - Wilda Eugene Brown, 76, died Sunday, May 26, 2002, in Amarillo.

Rosary was said at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel. Mass will be at 10 a.m. today in St. John's Catholic Church with Monsignor Norbert Kuehler, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Brown was born Aug. 2, 1925, in Grand, Okla. She married C.A. Brown on Sept. 6, 1945, in Canadian.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, T. Leon Brown of Amarillo and Norvell Brown of Cotulla; a daughter, Lavone Roberts of Fritch; a sister, Ethel McKinney of Yukon, Okla.; six grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice, 1000 S. Jefferson St., Amarillo, TX 79101; or a favorite charity.
