Bonita Belle Brown
Jan. 25, 1929 ~ Nov. 19, 2013

On Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, Bonita Belle Brown flew to her heavenly home. Bonita was born Jan. 25, 1929, in Cordell, Okla., to Felix and Ora Brown.

The family later moved to Enid, Okla., where she graduated from Enid High School in 1947, and attended college at Oklahoma State University (OAMC - Oklahoma Agriculture Mechanical College).

She graduated with her bachelor's and master's degree in education.

Miss Brown taught for 38 years in Oklahoma City and Enid schools. She was an active member in various organizations such as Delta Kappa Gamma, Kappa Kappa Iota, and Retired Teachers Organization.

As a long time member of First United Methodist Church in Enid, Bonita participated and supported many church activities. After retirement, she was a hospital volunteer at St. Mary�s Hospital in Enid.

In 2007, Bonita moved to El Paso, Texas, to be near family.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father and survived by her sister, Barbara Andrade, as well as niece, Keri Meade, nephews David (Gina) and Bryan Andrade, grandnieces, Erin Meade, Katy and Elisa Andrade, and grandnephews, Jason Meade andAustinAndrade. She will be missed by many and loved by all.

Service will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at Northgate Christian Church, 5430 Yvette, El Paso, Texas. Service entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home-East.
