Larry David Broussard

April 8, 1939 ~ January 29, 2006

Larry David Broussard was born April 8, 1939 in Beaumont, Texas to Lawrence Broussard and Pauline (McGuire) Broussard. He passed away January 29, 2006 at his home in the presence of family at the age of 66 years, nine months, and 21 days.

Larry was a longtime resident of High Island, Texas and spent the last 12 years in Stilwell.

Larry retired from a long career with Texas Parks and Wildlife.

He enjoyed playing with his dogs, Spike and Laddy. Larry loved the Lord with all his heart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Pauline Broussard and his wife, Patricia Broussard, in October 2005.

Surviving family includes two daughters, Tammy Broussard of the home in Stilwell, Robin Flores and husband, Gabriel, of San Antonio, TX; one sister, Paulette Rogers of Vidor, TX and one grandchild, Shannon Desiree.

Graveside services were held Thursday, February 2, 2006 at High Island Cemetery in High Island, Texas. Arrangements were under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
