Sandra Kay Brooks-Cox
February 20, 1959 ~ June 12, 2022 (age 63)

Sandra Kay Brooks-Cox was born February 20, 1959 in Yakima, Washington to Jim and Jo Ann (Lingar) Brooks. She passed away June 12, 2022 in Chandler at the age of 63.

Sandra graduated high school and worked as a Certified Nurse’s Assistant in Tecumseh. She took care of her parents as a homemaker. She enjoyed crafting, decorating for the Holidays and spending time with her family. Sandra was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Jo Ann Brooks; 2 brothers, Jackie Brooks, and Steven Brooks. Survivors include her husband Charles Cox of the home; children, Charles Richmond and wife Lisa of Tulsa, Jenna (Richmond) Hallman and husband Lance and their (4) children of Hunnewell, KS; sister, Patty Green; brothers, Darrell Brooks, and Richard Brooks all of Shawnee; along with numerous nieces, nephew’s in-laws and friends.

Sandra’s family will host a private memorial service later.
