Rudolph Albert "Sonny" Briegge

Rudolph “Sonny” Briegge, 87, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2011 at the Green Valley Nursing Home, Perry, Oklahoma.

Rudolph “Sonny” was born December 22, 1923 in Noble County, OK. He was married to Geneva Wheatley on May 24, 1946 in Perry. He was a cattle buyer. He was a member of the Cattleman Association and Christ Lutheran Church in Perry. His greatest interest was cattle and he enjoyed playing Bingo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Ida (Wilde) Briegge; one brother, Adolph Briegge; one son, Dan Briegge; and one grandson, Dane Briegge.

Survivors include his wife, Geneva Briegge; one son, Dennis Briegge and his wife Shelly; one brother, Leonard Briegge, and one grandson Devin Briegge, all of Perry Oklahoma.

Memorial Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2011 at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
