Jimmie E. Brewer

December 25, 1917 ~ June 30, 1991

Private cremation services were held on July 2, 1991 for Jimmie E. Brewer, who passed away suddently at his home in Tehachapi on June 30, 1991 at the age of 73.

Jimmie was born on December 25, 1917 in Grimes, Oklahoma.

He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1939 until 1945 and was stationed at Muree Air Base at Edwards, California.

He resided in Mojave, California from 1955 to 1970, when he moved to Tehachapi.

He retired as Safety Supervisor from California Portland Cement Company in 1980.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Tofa Jean Brewer of Tehachapi; son Jimmie W. Brewer of Bayfield, Colorado; step children, James Davis of Edward, California; Gerry Lee of Tehachapi, California; Janette Gale of Alva, Florida; sister, Edith Hamilton of Sacramento, California; Thelma Cox of Sayre, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
