Sarah Elizabeth Brantley, 73, of Dibble, died Monday, March 25, 2019, at her home. The daughter of Hershel Lewis Ross and Mary Dean (Sandidge) Ross, she was born May 7, 1945 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Sarah was a homemaker and was Baptist in faith. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and sewing. She was a great cook and everyone loved her chicken and dumplings and Mexican meatloaf. Sarah’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Skarlett Ashby and Dana Bates; one sister, Vivian Everett; and one brother, Sonny Ross.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Brantley, of Dibble; one daughter, Teresa Sanford, of Medford; two sons, Robert Brantley, of Newcastle and Michael Brantley, of Dibble; her grandchildren, Browde, Sarah and husband Virgil, Justin, Haven, Montana, Mariah, Skyler, Amanda and husband Jared, and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Brayden, Tre, Matdyn, Kamryn, and Landin; one brother, Alton Parker and wife, Sue, of Texas; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
