Logan Daniel Brake, 27, of Ponca City, OK, left this life on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. A Celebration of Life Ceremony will take place at 4:00 pm, Saturday, October 4, 2025, at Trout Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Trout Funeral Home & Crematory, 505 W. Grand Ave, Ponca City, OK, 74601.
Logan was born on Wednesday, January 7, 1998, in Ponca City,OK, to Larry and Denise (Kretzer) Brake. His school years were spent in Ponca City, graduating in 2016. Despite his complications and struggles, he had an extreme will to live. He endured multiple procedures and illnesses in his life, but persevered. Logan was very special in his own way. Although he was non-verbal, his eyes said it all. He loved music and being around family. He is very much loved and will remain in our hearts forever.
Logan is survived by: his dad, Larry and mom, Denise, of the home. He is also survived by Martha Kretzer, grandma, Leroy Brake, grandpa; aunts, Kelly Patton, Genny Luitjohan, Lina Struemph, Robin Shushinsky, uncles, Jason Kretzer, John Dorsey, and several cousins.
Logan is preceded in death by: paternal grandmother, Eva Brake, and maternal grandfather, Martin Kretzer, and uncle, Dennis Brake, and aunt, Eloise Dorsey.
