Teresa Gail (Sjostrom) Bradt
October 14, 1961 ~ February 14, 2012

Memorial service will be Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 10 a.m. at Freedom School Auditorium with Reverend Mark Kinkle officiating. Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Teresa Gail daughter of Annette (Hay) and George Sjostrom was born on October 14, 1961 in Haysi, Virginia. She passed away at the Stroud Regional Medical Center on the 14th of February at the age of 50 years, 3 months and 30 days.

She attended the Myrtle Point, Oregon School System.

Miss Sjostrom was married to Gary Bradt February 2, 1981 at the Freedom Christian Church. To their marriage a daughter, Tabitha Ann, was born.

Following their marriage they lived in Freedom and she worked at the Corner Grocery Store for 27 years.

She was a member of the Freedom Christian Church.

Mrs. Bradt was preceded in death by her parents and her in- laws, Rex and Edythe Bradt.

Teresa is survived by her husband, Gary; her daughter and her husband, Tabitha and Shane Justice, of Alva; a son and his wife Dakota and Jenny Province, of Freedom; two grandchildren, Cheyenne and Cole Justice; a brother R.J. Sjostrom, of Myrtle Point, Oregon, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Lynn Bolar Foundation at the Freedom State Bank.
