Leigh (Maltby) Bradley

Leigh (Maltby) Bradley
August 28, 1944 ~ August 15, 2023

On August 15, 2023, Leigh Maltby Bradley of Muskogee passed away peacefully in Tulsa with family and friends at her bedside.

Leigh was born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma on August 28, 1944, to Jack and Marge Maltby.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kay Files.

Leigh is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Richard Bradley, four children; Carter Bradley (Karen), Elizabeth-Leigh Bradley Goldenberg (David), Jordan Bradley (Haley) and Ryan Bradley; three grandchildren, Klair Bradley, Evey Bradley, and Riley Bradley; brother-in-law Mark Files, niece Jennifer Files, and nephew Patrick Files (McLauren, Maggie and Annelise).

She will be fondly remembered for her devotion to family, her keen sense of humor, sharp wit, walking three miles every single day, watching tennis, and love for her dogs. But most dear to her heart was hopping on a plane for a 'ladies only' trip with daughter Elizabeth-Leigh.

Leigh graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1966 and cherished the lifelong friendships she made in her sorority, Chi Omega.

A memorial service for Leigh will be held Saturday, August 19th, 11:00 am at Oasis Community Church, 800 West Peak Blvd., Muskogee, Oklahoma.

The family prefers no flowers. In lieu of flowers, donations honoring Leigh may be sent to The Humane Society of Cherokee County, PO Box 1354, Tahlequah, OK 74465 or to a charity of donor's choice.
