Jane Marie Bracken

September 29, 1943 ~ May 9, 2016

Private family service for Jane Bracken, 72 of Waukomis, will be at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.

Jane was born on September 29, 1943 in San Diego, California and passed away on May 9, 2016. She grew up in San Diego and attended the University of California at Berkeley. She was a homemaker and worked part-time doing obedience training for dogs. Jane loved volunteering to help kids in various sports, 4-H, and both dog and horse training. After retiring to Waukomis in 2005, she spent her time training dogs and enjoyed bowling with her husband and friends.

Jane is survived by her husband of 46 years, Bob; children, Scott of Virginia, Michael and wife, Khozette of California, Dennis of Waukomis; nine grandchildren, Kristina, Ashley, Joshua, Josh, Anna, Robert, Leah, Ben and Khloe; three great grandchildren, Miela, Kristen and Evalon.
