Janis (Hait) Boylson
March 5, 1937 ~ January 17, 2021

Irving - Janis Hait Boylson, age 83 of Irving, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2021. She was born on March 5, 1937 in Kansas City, Missouri to Harry and Agnes Hait. They both preceded her in death along with her son, Jimmie Allen Mattix, Jr.

Janis grew up in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and graduated from Bartlesville High School in 1956.

She is survived by her husband, Brendan Joseph Boylson, daughters, Becky Mattix Jones and husband Tom Jones of Bartlesville, OK, Jan Mattix Harrison of Irving, TX, Mary Mattix Jourden of Irving, TX, son Harry Allen Mattix of Dawson, TX,10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, along with numerous family members and friends.
