A Mass of Christian Burial for Lynn Boudreau, 83, of Enid will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 26, 2026 at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Enid, Oklahoma. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.
Lynn Marie was born on October 26th, 1942, to Murl Glen and Ruby Elizabeth Roberts in La Jolla California. She departed this life holding the hands of her daughters and surrounded by love on February 14th, 2026, in Enid, Oklahoma.
Much of Lynn’s early life was spent in Portland, Oregon, along with her younger sister Deborah Kay. After graduating from Girls Poly High School, she made her way back to California.
Lynn married Bruce Smith on April 22, 1962, in Las Vegas and later moved to Oklahoma where they welcomed their first two children into the world, Wade Timothy in 1967, and Valerie Kay in 1968.
On June 20th, 1970, Lynn married Edward Schiska, and welcomed their daughter, Ashli Lynn in 1971. While Ed was a police officer, Lynn worked alongside him as a dispatcher for the Canton Police Department. The job was a perfect fit because she got to partake in one of her favorite hobbies - knowing things. In 1976, Lynn and Ed opened their home to countless foster children, adding to the list of those who considered Lynn ‘Mom’.
After Ed’s passing in 1995, Lynn moved to Rhode Island in 1998. Lynn and Roland Boudreau were married September 4th, 1999, once again expanding Lynn’s heart and family to include Roland’s daughter, Ann. Lynn adored the ocean and cherished her time on the coast, but in 2010, it was time to come home. Their dear friend Teri Blekicki made the move to Oklahoma with them.
Lynn was welcomed into the Catholic Church in 2013 and was a faithful parishioner of the St. Francis Xavier Church.
Lynn’s later years were spent enjoying friends and family, collecting animals and treasures, and missing her son Wade and her husband Roland.
Lynn is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ed, son Wade, and husband Roland.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Valerie and Bob King, Ashli and Dan Kelsey, Ann and Bob Maddix; her sister Deobrah Letcher and children Sean, Scott, and Katherine; Grandchildren Ryan and Courtney Sutton, Jessica and Will Robinson, Paige and Casey Clark, Conner and Joseph Maddix; Great-Grandchildren Tanner and Everett Sutton, Jason and Logan Clark, Oliver Robinson; Niece Debbie Schiska Kabriel; Daughter-In-Law Leona Sue Sullivan; Friend and Caregiver Teri Blekicki.
To know Lynn was to know strength and love. Those of us who got to stand in her light will always miss her warmth.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Enid SPCA and Our Daily Bread.
