April 22, 1976 ~ July 24, 2022 (age 46)

Tammy Dawn Boren was born April 22, 1976 in Oklahoma City and passed away July 24, 2022 in Oklahoma City at the age of 46.

Tammy was a go getter always wanting to have fun. She tried to take charge of everyone and loved pestering her family. She had a unique way of showing her love for her family whom she loved greatly.

Tammy was preceded in death by her sister, Tonya Boren; infant son, Samuel Boren; nephews, Christopher Boren, and Chaz Housley. Survivors include her mother Patty Boren of Chandler; daughters, Samantha Sullins and her husband Heath, twins Matthew and Maddison Robertson, Emerson McDonnell; grandson, Masson Sullins; siblings, Terry Boren, Torie Wooster; nieces and nephews, Dustin, Trenton, twins Blake and Bailey, Dakota, Sabrina, Kobe and Hannah along with other family and friends.

Tammy’s family will host a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
