Tony Ross Bond

June 19, 1946 ~ March 13, 2026

U.S. Veteran Tony Ross Bond, 79, of Arpelar, passed away Friday, March 13, at his home in Arpelar. Arrangements for cremation have been completed; the family will arrange for a memorial celebration at a later date.

Tony Ross bond was born on June 19, 1946 in McAlester. His parents were Walter and Chloe Bond. Tony was a certified diesel mechanic and worked on, mainly, heavy equipment and trucks. Tony enjoyed camping and fishing, and making jewelry. He was also an excellent pool player, well known at the Stipe Center.

Tony is survived by his special daughters, Nanette Hollis and her husband Lionel “Pnut” Dorsey, III, and Kristen Dempsey; step-grandchildren, Korin Casey and fiancé Trevor Branam, Ashley Casey, Kaitlynn Campbell and husband Joey, and Lilyan Casey; and a special life-long friend, Loren Bivin. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Sandra Bond; and a step-son, Ricky Casey.
