Sandra Jane Blair, 80, of Mead, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 12, 2025. She was born on February 6, 1945, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to the late Haskell Elsworth McIntyre and Theora Belle Evans McIntyre. Sandra was raised in the great state of Oklahoma. She married Jim Robb Blair, on August 31, 1978, and he preceded her in death on September 9, 2019. They lived in the Oklahoma City area until 1993, when they moved to Buncombe Creek on Lake Texoma to start their retirement years. She also lived in Milburn before moving to Mead, where she lived out her last remaining years. Sandra attended Texoma Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, baking, fishing and playing games like Mille Bornes (she always got the Right of Way), Mahjong and Mexican Train Dominoes. She also loved spending time on the lake. She loved her grandchildren and was a devoted fan of OU Sooners football.

Amanda Green and husband Mike of Claremore, Oklahoma
Robyn Tucker and wife Patty Jo of Sulphur, Oklahoma
Son-in-law: Brent Ernst of Maumelle, Arkansas
Sisters: LaDonna Shepherd of Kingston, Oklahoma
Shirley Biggers of Scottsdale, Arizona
Grandchildren: Dillon Stroup, Megan Petrarca, Dalton Jones, Garrett Jones, Lindsay Green, Macy Brim, Parker Green, Savanna Richardson, Garran Strouse, Raylea Blair
Great-grandchildren: Cooper Stroup, Carter Stroup, Dominic Petrarca, Aspen Richardson, and Raina Richardson.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, husband, her daughter, Melody Ernst; brothers, Haskell McIntyre and Joe McIntyre; and sisters, Zella Shelton, Winnie Orr, Ruby Wood, and Betty Wilkerson.
Sandra will be remembered for her love of family, her warm heart, and the joy she brought to all who knew her.
