Mahendra D. Bhakta, 63 year old resident of Shattuck, OK, passed from this life on January 18, 2020 in Shattuck. Mahendra was born to Dhirajbhai M. and Benaben D. Bhakta in Dhaman Gujarat India. On January 21, 1991, he married Avantika Bhakta and to this union two children were born Raveena and Mercy. Mahendra owned and operated the Holiday Motel in Shattuck. He loved fixing things and tinkering around, sewing, and Bollywood cinema.

Mahendra is preceded in death by his parents Dhirajbhai and Benaben, brother Balvant Bhakta, sister Ratanben Bhakta, and sister-in-law Kamiaben Bhakta.

He is survived by his wife of the home Avantika Bhakta, daughters Ravenna Bhakta and Mercy Bhakta, one brother, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
