Charles Franklin Bergman
March 11, 1939 ~ December 23, 2020

Charles Franklin Bergman, 81 year old lifetime resident Grove, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at the Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Hospital.

Charles was born in Grove on March 11, 1939 to Wesley and Melvina (Scott) Bergman.

He graduated from Grove High School and went on to serve in the United States Army.

On March 27, 1965 he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Helen Gibson, at the First Christian Church of Grove. He loved spending time with his family. The family took camping vacations every year. His favorite place to travel was the mountains.

Charles is survived by his wife Helen of the home, daughter Patricia Dillinger and son Neil Bergman of Grove, granddaughter Autumn Dillinger of Grove, sister Marilyn Anderson and husband Raymond of Grove, as well as numerous extended relatives.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers: James “Sonny” Bergman and William “Bill” Bergman and granddaughter Tabitha Dillinger.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
