Joseph Alphonse Belanger
August 31, 1962 ~ April 13, 2026

The services celebrating and honoring the life of Joseph Alphonse Belanger, 63, of Enid, will be held privately. Complete cremation care and services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings, A life celebration home.

Joseph was born August 31, 1962, to Ronald Joseph and Karen Lee (Bayliff) Belanger in Manchester, New Hampshire and passed from this life April 13, 2026, in Enid, Oklahoma. He was raised and educated in Oklahoma City and attended Southeast High School. Shortly after high school, he moved to Enid and worked various jobs in the service industry throughout his life. Joey was a born-again Christian, who loved spending time with his family. He also enjoyed all kinds of dancing, swimming, cooking, and watching old classic movies. He was a lover of animals, especially cats.

He is survived by his mother, Karen Belanger, of Oklahoma City; one brother, Jack Belanger and his wife Barbara of Yukon, Oklahoma; one sister Robin Cardiel and husband Paco of Oklahoma City; two nieces, Natasha Weatherly and wife Charity of Moore, Jennifer Cherry of Oklahoma City; one nephew Matthew McComb of Oklahoma City, and several great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Joseph Belanger, partner Roger Simmons, brother Micky Lee Belanger, and nephew Joshua Weatherly. Memorials may be made in his honor to the Enid SPCA with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
