Joanna Mae Beckwith

Joanna Mae Beckwith
December 21, 1962 ~ September 8, 2021

Joanna Mae Beckwith passed from this earth on the 8th of September after a six-year battle with brain cancer. Joanna attended North Enid Grade School and graduated from Carrier High School in 1980. She was active in Rainbow Girls and attended Oklahoma State University graduating with a degree in Travel and Entertainment. She served many years as a contract travel agent at Vance Air Force Base. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ray Beckwith, her grandparents, Austin "Polly" and Peggy Beckwith, Jan and Johanna Knapper and Aubrey and Helen Berry, her aunt, Lillian Pope and her uncle Fred Duane Berry.

She is survived by her mother Anneke Knapper Beckwith, her aunt Susanna Knapper Berry, cousins Jon and Keith Berry, her aunt Linda Berry Smith, uncle Charles Smith and cousins Audra Arr and Michael Wurth.

A special thanks to friends Dana and Monty Melvin and Lynda Malaska for their unselfish support and love to our family, and to Garland Nursing and Complete Hospice for taking care of Joanna.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. www.andersonburris.com.
