Alex Beaver Sr.

???? ~ June 1, 2008 | Age 80

Alex Beaver, Sr. son of Arleacher and Nancy Beaver departed this life on June 1, 2008 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 80 years, 6 months and 25 days.

Alex enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He was employed at Midwestern Nursery and Greenleaf Nursery for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Irene Bunch Beaver, 2 sons; Dennis Ray Beaver and Johnny Lee Beaver, 1 daughter; Edna Lee Beaver, 3 sisters; Sarah Hardbarger, Martha Pettit and Imogene Christie, 4 brothers; Eugene Beaver, Robert Beaver, Hubert Beaver, and Bob Jones and 1 grandson; Ricky Holmes.

He is survived by a loving family that includes his daughters; Linda Kay Cabrera of Tulsa, OK., Linda Sue Holmes, Allene Holmes, Shirley Ann Murphy all of Bunch, OK., Doris Ann Beaver of Hulbert, OK., and Faye Dene Beaver of Stilwell, OK., his sons; Alex Beaver, Jr. of Arkansas, Russell Beaver and Sammy Beaver of Cookson, OK., and Shannon Beaver of Peggs, OK., 1 brother; Sam Beaver of Stilwell, OK., and 3 sisters; Ellouise Christie of Stilwell, OK., Nellie Sue Beaver of Sallisaw, OK., and Molly Starr of Stilwell, OK.

Alex leaves behind his loving, 33 grandchildren, 69 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren, a host of nephews and nieces and many friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
