Samuel Aaron Beard Jr.

August 17, 1922 ~ January 30, 2012

Beard, Samuel Aaron, 89 of Midwest City, OK died January 30, 2012 in Midwest City.

He was born on August 17, 1922 in Caddo County, OK to Samuel and Maude Beard.

He graduated from Shawnee High School and attended Oklahoma Baptist University after serving in the Marine Corps during WWII.

He worked for Shawnee Milling Co. before going to work at Tinker Air Force Base as an Equipment Specialist where he retired after 40 years of service.

Preceded in death by: his wife Floreine, his son Stevann, his parents and his four sisters Mildred Williams, Mary Lee Anderson, Madge Gonsoulin, and Frances Barrilleaux.

Survived by his son: Ron Beard, his daughter Vonne Stephenson, of Midwest City, 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
