Lorene (Pritchett) Bean

Lorene (Pritchett) Bean
June, 1 1946 ~ July 14, 2021

Lorene (Pritchett) Bean was welcomed into this world on June 1st, 1946 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the daughter of Tom and Betty Pritchett.

Lorene was the oldest of 7 siblings. She grew up at an early age to help her dad raise her siblings. They spent some time in Chicago and then moved back to Westville, where she graduated from Christie and met the love of her life, Luchin Bean. They were married and had 3 children: Larry, Lenora and Lisa. Together they made a home and family, literally from their bare hands.

Lorene loved working in the yard, flowers, plants and anything that got her outdoors. She was a very good softball player. Lorene and her team mates were champions. She had many trophies and was very proud too! She enjoyed reading Nora Roberts books, watching wrestling, OKC Thunder games were like parties to her and she enjoyed every minute. One of the things that she was most interested in was genealogy. She would spend all day at libraries or cemeteries.

She cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. Lorene took care of people until the day she left this world. She was a friend to everyone. She loved everyone and they loved her too!

Lorene was preceded in death by her husband: Luchin Wayne Bean, parents: Tom and Betty Pritchett, niece: Nancy Pritchett, brothers: Odell Pritchett, Jim Tom Pritchett and sister: Anita Newman.

She is survived by her children: Larry Wayne Bean, Lenora Lynn Unger, Lisa Marie Kidd, grandchildren: Jaselyn Kidd, Kristin Kidd, Blake Kidd, Selena Hensley, Hannah Hensley, Jeffery Scott Tribble, Jr. and wife Kory, Samuel Unger, Thomas Unger, great grandchildren: Jett Smith, Jayden Labato, Jensen Lobato, Joshua Kayd Tribble, Luchin Tribble, brothers: Jake Pritchett and wife Narcie, Butch Pritchett and wife Edith, sister: Caroline Pritchett, sisters in law: Janice Pritchett, Julie Pritchett, special sons-in-law: Jason Kidd, George Unger and Steve Hensley, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, a very special friend: Linda Robinson and her special BFF: Pixie.
