Claremore
Toni Marie (Woods) Baxter, born on July 1, 1989, in
Claremore, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, in Tulsa,
Oklahoma, at the age of 35. She was a cherished member of her family; well
known for her vibrant personality and the joy she brought to those around
her.
Toni spent her formative years receiving her education at Foyil schools. Toni particularly enjoyed fishing trips with her children, offering them not just fun, but lasting memories to be dearly cherished. Her social nature and ability to engage with everyone around her made her a beloved figure to those around her.
Toni had a mischievous side that she often displayed through playful interactions with her brother, whom she affectionately called Jon Jon. This camaraderie exemplified her loving spirit, which resonated throughout her relationships with family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Danny Baxter; her son, Lucky Baxter; her daughter, Brianna Baxter; and her brother, Jonny Woods, all of Claremore, OK. Additionally, she is remembered fondly by her grandfather, Johnny Taylor, and grandparents, Larry and Lottie Woods. Her legacy continues through her nephews, Logan, Landon, Jayson, and Collin Woods.
Toni was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Lynetta (Taylor) Woods; her maternal grandmother, Judy Taylor; and her cousins, Kristy Laughlin and Anthony Pack.
Funeral services for Toni will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 27, 2024, in the Shipman’s Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 26, 2024, at Shipman's Funeral Home in Pryor.
