Christy Ann Baucom
September 23, 1973 ~ November 23, 2024

Adair
Christy Ann Baucom, born on September 23, 1973, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024, in Adair, Oklahoma, at the age of 51.

Christy was a woman who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and had a keen interest in Harley motorcycles, which reflected her adventurous spirit. Her love for animals and her special admiration for dragonflies spoke to her gentle nature and appreciation for beauty in the world around her. She was a loving mom and cherished the time spent with her family, especially her grandbabies who called her Opal.

She is survived by her son, Steven Sowers of Adair, OK; her daughter, Miranda Hibbard and husband Zack of Adair, OK; her sister, DeAnna Cline of Adair, OK; and four grandchildren.

Christy is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Baucom and Martha (Brown) Patton; her sisters, Bobbie Sue, Lorie, and Mandy; and her son, Dustin. Her presence will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

No services are planned for Christy. To leave her family a message, please visit her guestbook at
 www.shipmansfuneralhome.com.

Arrangements are under the direction of Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service of Pryor.
