Michelle (Gibbons) Austin
October 9, 1962 ~ July 5, 2012

Michelle Austin a resident of Durant, Oklahoma passed from this life at home on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at the age of 49 years 8 months and 27 days. She was born in San Diego, California on Tuesday, October 9, 1962 to Michael and Judith (Sanford) Gibbons.

Michelle was a member of the Catholic faith. She loved being at the beach and playing golf. Michelle will be remembered with love as a person with an outgoing personality, and someone who cherished her friends and family. She had a generous nature and was always ready to help someone in need.

Ms. Austin is survived by her parents, Mike and Judy Gibbons of Durant, Oklahoma; son, Shelby Austin of Tacoma, Washington; granddaughter, Kiley Johnson of Tacoma, Washington; brothers, Scott Gibbons of Atoka, Oklahoma and Shawn Gibbons of Mead, Oklahoma; special friend of fifteen years, Michael Hagan, of Belfair, Washington.

Ms. Austin was preceded in death by her son, Randy Johnson. A private Memorial Service will be held with Fr. Valerian Gonsalves officiating.
