Kul Pavitra (Relan) Arora
November 22, 1964 ~ April 26, 2013

Kul Pavitra Arora, age 48, passed away at 3:05 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2013 in Norman. Kul was born November 22, 1964 to Kedar Nath Relan and Savitri Kumari.

Kul married Dr. Satish "Steve" K. Arora on August 13, 1988 in Sonepat, Haryana, India. Together they raised two children, Neil and Trisha.

Kul was a successful business woman and loved to organize events in her home and in the community. She enjoyed traveling around the world with Venice, Italy being one of her favorite places. One of Kul's aspirations was to build a battered women's shelter. Kul was a very spiritual, generous and charitable person with unconditional love for all.

Kul is survived by her husband, Dr. Arora; son, Neil Arora; daughter Trisha Arora; mother, Savitri Kumari; four brothers, Raj, Tilak, Chander, Shammi and a host of friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kedar Nath Relan.

Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel, 3401 Havenbrook St., Norman, Oklahoma . Arrangements for Kul and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman, Oklahoma. Online condolences may be shared at www.havenbrookfuneralhome.com.

Memorial contributions may be made to I.C.F. (India Culture Foundation), 7200 N. Coltrane, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in memory of Kul.
