William Lee Armstrong age 83, Ponca City passed away December 30, 2020 at Alliance Health - Ponca City in Ponca City Oklahoma. Care is under the direction of Trout Funeral Home and Crematory.

William was born on January 23, 1937 in Goshen Indiana to William M and Gertrude A Armstrong. William at the time of his passing was married to Lila Armstrong of Ponca City. Survivors include his wife Lila, His 3 children, 3 step children, 5 grandchildren & 9 great grandchildren. Proceeding in death were his parents William M and Gertrude Armstrong.
