Teruko (Sato) Anderson

Teruko (Sato) Anderson
June 27, 1924 ~ January 28, 2018

Teruko Sato Anderson was born in Fukishima Prefecture, Japan on June 27, 1924 to Chotero and Mineo Sato. She married Lynn Anderson in Japan in 1952 and lived on various Army posts in Germany, Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma. She settled in Lawton with her family in 1964. She opened her business, Terry's Alteration Shop, and provided services for many years. 

She is survived by Lynn (Belinda) Anderson of Lawton, Theresa (Stan) Miller of Lawton, Michael (Sheela) Anderson of Madison, WI, and DeeDee (Mark) Elliott of Jersey City, NJ; her loving grandchildren Chris and Steve Harris, Andrea Smith, Nathan and Micah Anderson, Nicolas and Midori Anderson, Tamei, Jordan, and Mark Elliott; great-grandchildren, La'Miracle and Olivia Harris, Kalen Harris, and Isabella Anderson. And other dear family friend, Donna Wright.

She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and husband of 45 years, CSM Lynn Anderson.
