Melissa "Missy" (Caulder) Anderson

Melissa "Missy" (Caulder) Anderson
June 28, 1977 ~ June 21, 2018

Memorial Service for Melissa "Missy" Caulder Anderson is 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 9, 2018, at First Christian Church, officiated by the Rev. Drew Kirtley.

Local arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.

Missy was born June 28, 1977, in San Angelo, Texas, to Wayne and Dona Harris Caulder, and went home to her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 21, 2018.

Though born in Texas (a fact she was quick to point out), Missy was raised in Hennessey with her brother, Kenny Caulder, and sister, Christy Neiderer.

Missy graduated from Hennessey High School in 1995. She attended college at Texas Christian University, where she graduated in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in nursing.

Missy had many interests in life, but the greatest love and focus of her life was her three children: Madelyn, Mason and Merrick. Missy was a wonderful mother and a treasured friend to many she met. She will be sorely missed.

Missy is survived by her parents, Dona and Wayne Caulder; her siblings, Kenny Caulder, all of Hennessey; Christy Neiderer of Okarche; her children, Madelyn Jordan, Mason Jordan, and Merrick Anderson, all of the home; her maternal grandmother Nadine Harris of Hennessey; Chris Jordan and Michael Anderson; aunts, uncles, and countless cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention as a suitable memorial, with the funeral home serving as custodian of the funds.
