Arnold Drexel Alexander

Feb. 3, 1913 ~ Jan. 12, 2004

Arnold Drexel Alexander died in Woodland Memorial Hospital Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at age 90.

Born Feb. 3, 1913, in Oklahoma, Mr. Alexander had been a Yolo County resident for 31 years and worked as a welder for a large crane manufacturing company for more than 25 years.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred (Snyder) Alexander; sons, Jimmy Alexander, Mark Alexander and wife Jeanne, all of Woodland, and Ken Alexander of Yuba City; grandchildren, Michelle Scott of Hillsborough, Pa., Tobie Dupree of Ojai, Season Alexander of Woodland, and Kenneth Alexander Jr. of Paradise; and nine great-grandchildren. Also surviving is his sister, Aleta White of Texas. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Joe Alexander Jr. and Burrell Alexander.

The family requests memorials be directed to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Kraft Bros. Funeral Directors of Woodland. Direct inquiries to 662-4658.

Services: Visitation is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at Kraft Bros. Funeral Directors. A graveside service is scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, in Monument Hill Memorial Park.
