Charissia Dawn Michelle Akers
September 6, 1993 ~ February 13, 2023 | 29 Years Old

Charissia Dawn Michelle Akers was born September 6, 1993 in Ada, to Vickie Jean Harris and Donald Lee Akers. She passed away February 13, 2023 in Norman at the age of 29.

Charissia attended Wellston Schools along with online schooling until later receiving her GED. She grew up wilder than a firecracker, which was a direct reflection of her close relationship with her mom. She was an avid supporter of child trafficking awareness. Charissia loved and cared for many friends and family in her life and will be dearly missed.

Charissia was preceded in death by her mother Vicki Jean Harris; stepfather, Charles Sharp; her brother, Jeromy Don Akers, along with both her maternal and paternal grandparents. Survivors include her 3 children, Skyler Lemaster, Landon Lemaster and Caylee Lemaster; their father, Drake; sister, Victoria (Harris) and her husband Anthony Sandoval and their 2 sons; sister, Ragan Hope Akers; brothers Zackary Akers and Chad Akers; along with many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2023 at Lehman Funeral Home. Friends are invited to reach out to the family if they have a special memory to share during her memorial service. Interment will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
