Donna Kay (Purmort) Aebi
December 8, 1943 ~ November 8, 2020

Visitation for Donna K. (Purmort) Aebi, 76 of Waukomis, will be Thursday and Friday November 12 and 13 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Cremation arrangements and services are under direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Donna was born December 8, 1943 in Enid, Oklahoma to John and Elsie (Miller) Purmort and passed away November 8, 2020. She moved to Anniston, Alabama in 1946 and returned to Enid in 1949. Donna married Larry Aebi February 28, 1961.

She worked for ITT Financial Services for 16 years before going to work at Central National Bank in 1986 as a Loan Officer where she retired in 2008. Donna served as past president of the Cherokee Strip Association of Bank Women and active in the Bankers Administration Institute.

Donna enjoyed reading, working in her flower gardens and sewing.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Larry Aebi; son, Johnny Aebi; daughter, Susie Semrad and her husband Phil; granddaughter, Megan Ellis and her husband Jayson; grandson, Daniel Semrad and his wife Jessica; great grandsons, Jaryn Ellis and Jayce Ellis and sister, Linda Kimmel.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Carolyn Purmort.

Memorial donations can be made to the Enid SPCA, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
