Charles Patton Adams

September 3, 1920 ~ January 24, 1999

Melbourne, Florida – The funeral for Charles Patton Adams was held at Praise Cathedral Church under direction of Florida Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.

He was born September 3, 1920, in Lamont and died Sunday, January 24, 1999, in Palm Bay, Florida.

He graduated from Lamont high school in 1938 and from Oklahoma A & M College in 1942. He joined the Navy in 1942 and fought in the North Atlantic. He graduated from Columbia University in New York with an MBA and received his CPA later. He was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Lawrence Properties in Bronxville, New York.

He is survived by his wife, Connie, of the home; two sons, Robert Adams and Chris Adam; one daughter, Amy Poetl; two brothers, Erle Adams of Tulsa and Quincy Adams of California; one sister, Roberta Davis of Tulsa; and eight grandchildren.
